I was fortunate to use Clans & Castles to book my first trip to Scotland for their Outlander Tour. I can't speak highly enough of the communication & organization provided.
The tour was wonderful. Our guide, Andrew, was fantastic; knowledgeable about the sites and other points of interest. He offered great recommendations of places to eat and where other services were available. I always felt comfortable with the itinerary as he informed us each day what the plans were. He had a wonderful sense of humour, which was appreciated and an additional highlight was when he stopped so us Americans could photograph the Highland coos.
Everything about the tour was a delight. The sites chosen to visit, the accommodations and having certain entrance fees pre-paid through the tour were all spot on. I can't compliment Diana and her staff enough for making my trip to Scotland so memorable. I hope to return to see even more of Scotland. I'll certainly consider booking future tours with Clans and Castles.
